Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the websites, mobile and web applications, APIs, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Runtrigger Limited ("Runtrigger", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

Runtrigger develops AI-powered software products, including but not limited to image and video applications, productivity tools, games, websites, and related technical consulting services. Our Services may be updated, expanded, or modified from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of AI Features

Our Services include artificial intelligence features that generate content based on your inputs. When using AI features, you agree that:

• You will not use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content.
• You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide and the outputs you generate.
• AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your intended use. You should review outputs before relying on them.
• We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, or suspend access to AI features to prevent abuse or violations of these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or submit through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and AI models, are owned by Runtrigger or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
• Use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to access the Services by automated means or interfere with their normal operation.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Services may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or other paid service:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card details.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the terms presented at purchase.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
• Circumvent any security or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services without our permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without authorization.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Runtrigger or other users.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Runtrigger and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) if no payment was made.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Runtrigger and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
